A process adapted to the company
We review the legal form, transaction volume, VAT, payroll, foreign settlements and required reports before preparing the quotation.
Management remains responsible for complete and accurate source information. Work beyond the agreed accounting scope is confirmed separately.
Management information forms part of the accounting flow
Company books depend on invoices as well as agreements, resolutions, financing, owner settlements, assets and decisions affecting the accounts. We agree who supplies each category and who confirms completeness.
This division of responsibilities helps the company prepare regular closings and avoids relying on documents scattered across several people or mailboxes.
Taking over accounting during the year
Before a handover, we establish which ledgers, reconciliations, declarations and source files are available from the previous provider. Missing or disordered records may require a separate review and clean-up scope.
The regular fee then reflects transactions, bank accounts, currencies, employees, reporting and foreign activity. Additional historical work is not hidden in the monthly subscription.
