The form does not request a phone number and submissions are not stored in the website database by default.
What to include in the additional message
Mention VAT, foreign transactions, several bank accounts, a planned change of accountant or an unusual reporting requirement. Do not attach accounting documents or include sensitive personal data that is not needed at this stage.
Submitting the form begins a review; it does not automatically conclude an accounting agreement or confirm a final price.
How the form protects your data
Server-side validation limits field lengths and accepted options. CSRF protection, a honeypot and an IP rate limit reduce automated abuse without sending data to a CAPTCHA provider.
After a successful email delivery, the site redirects to a thank-you page. The analytics event contains only the form name, lead type and page language.
