A workflow for a mobile business
Fuel, tolls, leases, service documents, foreign transactions and employment data require consistent descriptions and deadlines.
We define the accounting and payroll responsibilities before cooperation so that additional transport-specific work is visible in the quotation.
Documents connected with every vehicle
Fuel, tolls, leasing, repairs, parts and insurance create a high-volume flow even before payroll is considered. Grouping and describing these records consistently becomes more important as the fleet grows.
We establish the number of vehicles, drivers and document sources before quoting so that the recurring workload is visible.
International services and payroll
Foreign customers, currencies and documents from different countries may require additional accounting information. Driver-related HR and payroll work can be included, but only within an expressly agreed scope.
Duties outside bookkeeping and payroll are not assumed to form part of the monthly subscription. Non-standard events are discussed before additional work is performed.
Information that improves the quotation
Include the fleet and driver count, domestic and foreign routes, currencies, employment scope and the approximate number of operating documents. These facts help separate regular accounting from transport-specific additional work.
